Co-Owner

Brad is the founder and co-owner of DoorLife, and for over a decade, has managed his own real estate investments as well as owned and operated a real estate sales business. Brad’s primary focus has been to see clients succeed within their real estate endeavors. He has been awarded numerous times for both personal and team successes. Brad's attentiveness, drive, and skill-set all play a massive role in the development and integrity of the DoorLife Property Management. In Brad’s free time, he enjoys spending time with family, trips to Avalon and continuing his personal development.

Alison Maguire

Co-Owner

Alison is the founder and co-owner of DoorLife, and leads the team in developing strategies, meeting goals, and carrying out the company vision. Alison set a new standard in property management where not only do clients get a top-tier experience, but a platform to grow and scale their real estate investing. Her 15+ years personally owning and managing real estate as well as running a real estate sales team has crafted a well-rounded understanding of what property owners and investors need. When Alison isn’t in the office you’ll find her spending time with her husband and two children. They enjoy travel and lots of outdoor activities.

Kevin Lukens

Property Operations Manager

Kevin, a West Chester native and graduate of Kutztown University has been a property manager since 2009. His diverse portfolio experience consists of residential properties, student housing and commercial real estate. Kevin's hands-on attitude and attention to resources support his aim to make every property feel like his own. When not working, you can find Kevin spending time with his wife, young daughters, playing golf or tinkering in his garage.

With a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from York College of PA, Branden has spent the last 7 years honing his skills as a home inspector. His expertise covers a wide range of inspection types, from homes and stucco to termites, molds, pools, and wells. But there's more to Branden than just his professional accomplishments. He's a dedicated husband and father, finding inspiration and grounding in the presence of his 18-month-old son.

As a lifelong resident of Downingtown, Branden has an intimate understanding of the local landscape, making him an invaluable asset to our team. He's entrusted with the crucial responsibility of ensuring that landlords' real estate assets are flawlessly maintained, and any issues are swiftly resolved.
