Hosted by Champions School of Barbering, the event features insights from nine CEOs and industry experts on topics like team-building, financial management, and overcoming business challenges. 2. Up on the Roof 2024 Date: September 14 Time: 5:00 pm – 8:30 pm Location: Chestnut Street Garage, 14 E Chestnut Street, West Chester Join us for an unforgettable evening at the Up on the Roof event. The rooftop of Chestnut Street Garage will be transformed into a unique venue complete with music, dining, and stunning views. Proceeds from this event support the beautification and marketing of Downtown West Chester.

Business Leaders in the Know: Communicating to Connect Date: September 25 Time: 7:30 am – 9:00 am Location: align.Space, 2 West Market Street, West Chester Enhance your communication skills at this interactive workshop led by Brian M. Briggs, Managing Director of Applied Insights at HartfordFunds. This session is ideal for professionals looking to improve their ability to connect with clients and prospects. Enjoy coffee and breakfast as you learn practical strategies to overcome communication barriers and connect more effectively.
   
4. Oktoberfest 2024 Date: September 28 Location: Downtown West Chester, 2 N High Street, West Chester Celebrate Oktoberfest in Downtown West Chester with $6 fall beers, ciders, and themed appetizers at participating locations. Enjoy live music as you stroll through town and take in the festive atmosphere. No tickets are needed—just show up, ask for the Oktoberfest specials, and join in the fun!
   
5. Super Science Saturday 2024 Date: September 28 Time: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Location: West Chester University, 700 S High Street, West Chester Super Science Saturday is an inspiring one-day workshop for girls in grades 6-12, designed to spark interest in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math). Through hands-on activities led by WCU faculty and women scientists, participants will explore the wonders of science. This free event includes lunch and is limited to 160 girls, so be sure to register early!
