DoorLife Property manages our property at a distance. We are across the country and are very satisfied with their service. From our first contact to inquire about them through now several months of managing our property, they have been extremely professional, courteous, and (above all) very prompt in response. This latter point is of particular importance to us, since we are on the other coast. It has given us peace of mind. What we really liked when meeting them is that we didn't feel like we were talking to sales persons who oversell themselves. Instead, we felt calm, professional, and reassuring layout of the plan to take care of our property. A lot of it is hard to describe, and is intangible, but DoorLife's approach to handling the property management was very reassuring from the get go, and they have backed it up in practice so far.
Also of note, we ended up with this company purely based on our own web search and examination of online reviews. We were not referred by anyone, or knew anyone who knows them. We went with our gut based on online research and never regretted the decision!
Update (11/25/2023) due to new service experience: We recently underwent a new service with DoorLife involving the transition of tenants due to lease expiration, the remarketing of the property, and securing new tenants. DoorLife seamlessly managed the entire process, handling tasks ranging from finalizing the rent agreement with the previous tenants to preparing the property for marketing and bringing in new tenants. The entire process was seamless for us, with minimal to no interruption in the flow of rent. As out-of-state owners, we particularly appreciate the peace of mind that came with this new and efficient tenant change process.
